Nanci is a virtual assistant available to GM Financial customers who are seeking information about their account. She started working for us in the first quarter of 2020, and spent a lot of time learning about our customers and what they need most.
She’s on the clock 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you message us in MyAccount, chat or text, she’s there to help, wherever and whenever you might need it.
Nanci makes your life easier. She answers questions, provides resources, solves problems and might even crack a joke. Nanci has the inside scoop on things like:
