Message us. If you have a question or need help with your account, the messaging center within the GM Financial Mobile app is the place for you. You can start a conversation with our virtual assistant, Nanci. From payment details to Auto Pay setup, Nanci securely handles some of the most common requests and frequently asked questions regarding anything from payment details to Auto Pay setup. If you need to speak to our customer experience team, Nanci can seamlessly connect you with a customer advocate during support hours who can guide you in the right direction, all from within the app.

Make payments. One of the most convenient features of the app is the ability to pay your bill. Simply download the app and log in to get started. You can also set up Auto Pay, which allows automatic recurring payments from your bank account, so you can set it and forget it. Manage your accounts. Need to make a payment, update your contact information or profile, or search for your account number? Within the GM Financial Mobile app, you’ll have complete access in the palm of your hand, including statement history, progress information about your account, contact information for local dealerships and more.

Enroll in paperless billing. Conquer clutter on your countertop and discover the convenience of going paperless. You’ll still be able to access all of your statements within the app, but you won’t receive paper bills in your mailbox. To opt in, simply select the paperless billing option from within the app.
